You will oversee the entire architecture strategy and integrate AI across the policy lifecycle, offering a critical backbone for Personal Lines. This role encompasses mentoring, delivery accountability, and shaping key technology decisions in a cooperative team setting. Key Responsibilities:

- Define the scalable architecture and de-risk migration from legacy
- Facilitate AI adoption for improved product lifecycle efficiency
- Champion security measures and regulatory compliance




- Engage and mentor a team of engineering professionals
- Formulate key metrics to drive engineering excellence Requirements:
- 15+ years in software engineering, enterprise architecture experience
- Expertise in Java, Angular, microservices, and cloud architecture
- Proven ability to embed AI into development lifecycles
