We’re looking for a Group Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for how our products come together as a unified platform: one that feels intentional, intelligent, and easy to use regardless of what a customer is working on.

This is a high-visibility, executive-sponsored role that sits at the intersection of product strategy, design, and front-end platform engineering. You’ll lead a cross-functional effort spanning multiple product lines, working without full direct authority; but with the mandate and support to move fast and ship. This role can be performed from one of our Canadian offices, or remotely from the US or Canada, or a combination of both.

Translate customer feedback, usability research, and product analytics into a sequenced roadmap that ships incrementally and delivers visible value at each step. Lead cross-functional execution across design, engineering, and product teams; Identify and pitch new opportunities to improve how Clio’s platform enables both customer value and product-led growth. adjusting depth and framing for the audience. 8+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time spent on platform, shared infrastructure, or cross-product experience work. ~ Proven track record shipping platform-level features in a multi-product SaaS environment, e.g. navigation systems,



global UI components, design systems, or shared app shells. ~ Strong instincts for user experience and information architecture, with the ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative signals into explicit product direction. ~ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing across a matrixed organization. ~ Familiarity with front-end platform concepts: component modularization, design token systems, and cross-product API surface design. ~ We have developed a series of programs and processes to ensure we are creating fair and competitive pay practices that form the foundation of our human and high-performing culture. Flexible time off policy, with an encouraged 20 days off per year. ~$The expected salary range for this role is $201,500 to $302,300 CAD.
