Duties
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
Take food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring prompt delivery and presentation
Assist with food preparation and food handling to maintain high standards of safety and quality
Serve drinks at the bar or table, including barista-style beverages if applicable
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, counters, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards
Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently
Support team members during busy periods by assisting with food setup, refills, and clearing tables

Experience




Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are key
Knowledge of the food industry standards, including food handling and safety protocols
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
Experience in serving or bartending enhances your ability to excel in this role
Familiarity with food preparation techniques and maintaining hygiene standards in a hospitality environment
Barista experience is a plus for roles involving coffee or specialty beverages
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism
