Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Electrical Design to deliver electrical engineering outputs for solar PV/EPC projects. The role involves preparing and reviewing designs, drawings, BOQs/BOMs, and ensuring compliance with standards while coordinating with cross‑functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare/review electrical designs: SLDs, AC/DC layouts, cable sizing, earthing/grounding, lightning protection, and load calculations.
Perform system studies: load analysis, transformer/inverter/cable sizing, voltage drop, and protection coordination.




Develop BOQs/BOMs and technical specifications for electrical equipment and materials.
Coordinate with civil/structural, procurement, and execution teams to ensure integrated project delivery.
Review vendor submittals and support procurement with technical inputs.
Ensure compliance with grid codes, electrical standards, and project specifications.
Provide design support during tendering, execution, and commissioning phases.
Maintain documentation and version control of drawings and specifications.
Mentor junior engineers/draftsmen and ensure quality and standardization of design outputs.
