Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Silverware POS and Open Table ensuring quick and correct processing
Handle cash, credit card transactions, and perform cashiering duties with precision and integrity
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all front-of-house areas, including dining spaces and service stations
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Assist with food handling and basic food preparation tasks as needed, always adhering to food safety regulations
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and guest satisfaction





Requirements
Prior food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
Strong customer service skills with a genuine enthusiasm for hospitality and guest engagement
Knowledge of POS systems, especially Silverware POS, for efficient order processing and cash handling
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously through excellent time management skills
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, billing, and transaction processing
Understanding of food safety, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
Previous experience in serving or hospitality roles is advantageous; kitchen experience is a bonus but not required
Reliable team player with a positive attitude who thrives in a quick-paced environment
