IAM Solution Expert for Entra ID

Full time (Permanent)
BA/BS or MS degree in Computer Science or 5+ years of industry experience (required).
Strong working knowledge and 5+ years of experience in IAM architecture, with focus on Identity Providers like Microsoft Entra ID (required).
Robust knowledge of application integration standards: OAuth2 / OpenID Connect; SAML federation; API permission governance (required).
Deep expertise in non-human identities / workload identities (application registrations, service principals, managed identities).
Proven ability to define target architectures and integration standards for enterprise IAM environments.
Strong requirements for engineering skills, particularly in automation and governance frameworks.
Experience designing lifecycle automation beyond Entra provisioning, using enterprise toolsets.
Experience integrating enterprise platforms and toolchains, e.g.



workflow engines, ServiceNow, CI/CD.
Solid understanding of Zero Trust architecture, including identity-based access and least privilege principles.
Experience working in DevOps and agile environments (SCRUM).
Ability to take ownership of features or architectural domains.
Robust collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure, facilitate discussions, support decision-making, and resolve conflicts (required).
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with and effectively respond to diverse stakeholders (required).
Fluent in English; German is a plus.
