Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assess their vehicle service needs with professionalism and enthusiasm
Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify repair requirements and estimate costs accurately
Prepare detailed repair estimates, explaining scope of work, parts, labor, and pricing clearly to customers
Upsell additional services or maintenance prospects based on customer needs and vehicle condition
Collaborate with technicians to understand repair procedures and timelines, ensuring accurate estimates




Handle cash transactions, process payments efficiently, and maintain precise financial records
Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and promote future business opportunities

Experience
Previous dealership experience or automotive service background highly preferred
Minimum of 1 year experience in Collision Centre Estimator role
Proven ability in customer service roles with excellent communication skills
Experience in sales or upselling automotive services is a plus
Familiarity with automotive repair processes and parts inventory management
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
Enthusiastic team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving
