Responsibilities
Perform various esthetic services such as facials, body sugaring, regular & OPI gel polish manicure/pedicure, massage, laser hair removal, and spray tans.
Provide personalized skincare consultations to clients based on their individual needs.
Ensure a high level of customer service by creating a welcoming environment for guests.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with industry regulations.
Assist with retail sales by recommending products that complement the services provided.
Upsell additional services to enhance the client experience during appointments.

What You Bring:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in esthetics (outside of schooling)
Diploma from an accredited esthetics program
Robust expertise in facials, manicures & pedicures (regular OPI polish & gel OPI polish), relaxation massages
Confidence in recommending and selling treatments, upgrades,



and homecare products to support client results
Proven ability (or willingness to develop) in rebooking clients and building a loyal, returning clientele
Experience with full body sugaring, tinting, and advanced skin treatments (Hydrafacials, IPL, Chemical peels, Microcurrent etc.) is an asset
Experience with Novell Spray Tan is an asset
Certified Laser Hair Removal using Sharplight
