Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate

Health Care Aide (HCA)

to join our team on a casual basis. The HCA will work under the direction of nursing staff to provide personal care and assist residents with daily living activities.

Key Responsibilities
Assist residents with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
Support mobility, transfers, and positioning
Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff
Assist with serving meals
Maintain a clean, secure, and respectful environment
Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members

Qualifications
Health Care Aide Certificate (recognized program)
Current CPR/First Aid certification
Experience in Supportive Living Setting




Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector screening

Reliable and flexible (must be available for various shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends)
Solid observational skills
Physical ability to perform job duties (lifting, transferring, etc.)
