Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Supervisor / Night Auditor to oversee guest services during evening hours. This role is vital in ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience, maintaining high standards of hospitality, and managing front desk operations overnight. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, solid organizational abilities, and a welcoming demeanor to enhance guest satisfaction and support hotel operations.

Duties
Greet guests warmly and efficiently handle check-in and check-out procedures.
Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, make reservations, and provide information.
Assist guests with requests, complaints, and special accommodations to ensure a positive experience.
Monitor security and safety protocols throughout the night shift.
Maintain accurate records of guest transactions and billing information.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly.
Ensure the front desk area remains organized, clean, and professional at all times.




Support administrative tasks such as reporting nightly activities and preparing shift reports.
Uphold hotel policies and procedures consistently to ensure compliance.

Experience
Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or hospitality is preferred.
Solid customer service background with excellent communication skills.
Experience handling multi-line phone systems and guest inquiries effectively.
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse guests.
Familiarity with hotel management software and reservation systems is a plus.
Knowledge of phone etiquette, guest services, and hospitality standards is essential.
