We are seeking a skilled and reliable Metal Cladding and ACM Panel Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing various construction-related components, ensuring quality workmanship, and adhering to safety standards. This role requires a strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to interpret technical drawings.
The Installer will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality results for our clients and maintaining the integrity of our projects.
Responsibilities
Install building components such as fixtures, panels, and structural elements according to specifications
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and installation instructions
Use hand tools and power tools effectively to complete installations
Perform caulking and sealing to ensure proper insulation and weatherproofing
Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely during installation processes
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times
Collaborate with team members and project managers to meet project deadlines
Troubleshoot installation issues and make necessary adjustments or repairs
Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment used during installations
Experience
Proven experience in construction, carpentry, or handyman work preferred
Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment
Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams accurately
Prior experience with caulking, sealing, and finishing work is a plus
Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work in physically demanding environments
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Valid driver’s license is preferred for site travel or material transport
