Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bookkeeper to join our energetic team. Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks
Record daily subscription orders/deals from our Sales Managers and Sales Representatives.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure timely payments and collections.




Perform bank reconciliations regularly to verify account balances and identify discrepancies.
Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and accuracy in Vendor payments.

Requirements
Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles, with familiarity using accounting software like QuickBooks.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation processes.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to perform account analysis accurately.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
Positive communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and external vendors.

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
