In this role, you will be responsible for installing, finishing, and repairing drywall in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. Duties
Measure, cut, hang, and secure drywall panels according to project specifications and blueprints
Finish drywall joints with taping, mudding, sanding, and applying texture for a smooth surface ready for painting or finishing
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to accurately execute installation plans
Perform caulking around seams and fixtures to ensure airtight and water-resistant finishes
Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete installations with precision
Assist with construction painting and touch-ups to achieve desired aesthetic results




Conduct minor carpentry tasks such as framing or patching drywall as needed for repairs or modifications
Maintain a clean work environment by organizing materials and disposing of debris regularly

Qualifications
Prior construction experience with drywall installation or related trades preferred
Knowledge of construction painting, caulking, carpentry, and handyman skills is highly desirable
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality craftsmanship
Physical stamina to lift heavy materials, stand for extended periods, and work in various environmental conditions
Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety protocols
Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment operation
