Responsibilities

Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, answering inquiries promptly and professionally using excellent phone etiquette
Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, dining options, and transportation services to enhance guest satisfaction
Coordinate reservations, transportation arrangements, and special requests with precision and care
Assist guests with check-in/check-out processes and handle any issues or concerns promptly to ensure a smooth experience
Maintain a clean,



organized front desk area while managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Collaborate with hotel staff and service providers to deliver top-tier guest services aligned with hospitality standards

Skills
Multilingual proficiency; fluency in at least two languages to serve diverse clientele effectively
Bilingual capabilities are highly preferred to facilitate communication with international guests
Solid customer service orientation with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for handling inquiries professionally
Previous experience in front desk operations or hotel concierge roles is highly desirable
Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and guest service software tools
Background in hospitality or hotel industry to understand guest needs and expectations
