Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service throughout their visit
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process cash, credit, debit, and mobile payments
Handle cash transactions with precision, including giving change and balancing registers at shift end
Assist customers with product inquiries, upselling opportunities, and product demos to enhance their shopping experience
Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked and tidy
Follow proper phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely




Manage time effectively to serve multiple customers efficiently during busy periods

Requirements
Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred, especially in fast-paced environments
Robust communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases
Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
Knowledge of POS systems and familiarity with retail merchandising standards
Excellent organizational skills to keep work areas neat and manage multiple tasks seamlessly
Ability to demonstrate technical sales experience, including product demos when needed
Customer service orientation with a friendly attitude and skilled phone etiquette
Multilingual skills are highly valued to connect with a broader customer demographic
Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic setting
