Petawawa Kia is looking for a skilled and experienced Automotive Technician Apprentice to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who is mechanically inclined and enjoys working on cars.
Diagnose and repair automotive problems
Inspect vehicle for mechanical repairs and safety issues
Maintain a clean and organized work space
Perform routine maintenance work (replacing fluids, lubricating parts, cleaning etc.)on vehicles under your direction.
Repair or replace broken or dysfunctional parts when needed
Provide customer service on occasions (when needed)
Keep work area clean and organized at all times
Other duties as assigned (e.g. repair shop duties, transporting vehicles, etc.)

Education & Experience
High school diploma or GED required
2+ years of mechanical experience in an automotive service workplace required
Basic computer skills required
Valid driver’s license required

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
