Jordans Interiors is currently hiring a full-time Furniture Repair Technician / Refinisher

to become part of its team in Coquitlam.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Schedule and conduct customer service calls to assess potential product issues relating to warranties, delivery issues, or general concerns;
Follow up and ensure all customer complaints are handled in a timely and effective manner.
Make home calls in company provided vehicle and do touch-up / repairs as required
Manage warranty claim processes between Jordans and vendors
Assist the Warehouse/Distribution Manager with managing and training delivery and warehouse teams to ensure best standards of practice and customer service;
Assist with coordinating unique merchandising projects at our various stores;




Assist with coordinating building operations management and asset maintenance

What You Must Have

High level of integrity and the ability to meet commitments
Solid communication skills
