Casa Montessori Teacher for ages 3 to 6 years of age

Qualifications

Only candidates who have a Montessori Diploma and have working Montessori experience, please apply.

Job Duties
Excellent written and oral communication.
Assess the developmental level of children. Prepare progress reports.
Solid leadership skills. Responsible and independent.
Creative, hard-working team player, energetic, and flexible.
Establish and maintain Montessori classroom culture, prepare material, and maintain all units of study
Develop and implement daily activities for children
Nurtures independence, self-esteem, and success in students
Classroom management
Parent communication
Enthusiastic, creative, energetic, and nurturing
Ability to teach basic French to Casa students 3 hours per week





Qualifications:
Accredited Montessori Teacher with a MACTE or AMI approved Montessori Diploma in Early Childhood
Working childcare experience at least 3 years (an asset)
Police Reference Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening no more than 6 months old
Standard First Aid and CPR Level C certification
Up to Date Immunizations

Job Type: Full time Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
