Job Summary : Private Investigator – Ontario

Pay and Advantages
$20.00–$25.00 per hour before overtime
Hotel accommodations provided when required
$30 daily per diem when overnight lodging is required
Mileage reimbursement where applicable
Flexible full-time, part-time, and contract opportunities
Assignments ranging from 1 to 120 days

Key Responsibilities
Conduct corporate, covert, and undercover surveillance.
Investigate workplace incidents, misconduct, fraud, theft, and disability claims.
Collect and document evidence accurately.
Conduct interviews,



background research, and social media investigations.
Prepare explicit and detailed investigation reports.
Maintain confidentiality and follow all legal and ethical requirements.

Requirements
Valid Ontario Private Investigator licence
Legally entitled to work in Canada
Willing to travel across Ontario on short notice
Available for 12-hour shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime
Able to sit, stand, walk, or drive for extended periods
Robust English communication and report-writing skills
Ability to handle confrontational situations professionally
Reliable, discreet, observant, and able to work independently

Experience in private investigations, security, policing, military service, surveillance, or corporate investigations is considered an asset.
