Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Nanny/Caregiver to provide attentive, nurturing care for children and support to their families. This role involves creating a protected, engaging environment where children can thrive, while assisting with daily routines, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and educational activities. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and passionate about fostering a positive growth experience for children of all ages and abilities.

Responsibilities
Provide attentive supervision and care tailored to each child's age and developmental needs
Prepare nutritious meals and snacks, ensuring dietary requirements are met
Assist with daily routines such as dressing, bathing, homework help, and bedtime preparations
Engage children in educational activities, playtime, arts and crafts, and teaching moments to promote learning and development
Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning up after children, tidying play areas, and maintaining a secure workplace
Support children with special needs or disabilities by implementing personalized caregiving strategies




Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about daily activities, milestones, and any concerns

Requirements
Proven experience working with children of various ages in a caregiving or teaching capacity
Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable
Ability to cook healthy meals and snacks suitable for children’s dietary needs
Strong skills in cleaning and maintaining a tidy, safe environment
Demonstrated caregiving skills with patience, empathy, and positive reinforcement techniques
Knowledge of child development principles and teaching methods appropriate for different age groups
Valid background check and references verifying reliability and trustworthiness

Pay: $16.75-$31.68 per hour
