Living is a rapidly growing retirement living portfolio (24 properties under management), primarily in secondary markets with a mix of independent and assisted living suites. Key Responsibilities:




Performing all aspects of dining service and resident functions such as teas and room service including table/tray presentation
Maintaining proper dining room set up
Monitoring appropriate checklists in support of the dining area, cleanliness, readiness, standard
Establishes and maintains an atmosphere conductive to pleasant dining by creating an workplace which maintains the respect, dignity, and physical safety of each resident
Assisting in the kitchen/dishwashing area as required
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulatory procedures regarding food service
Performs other duties as assigned.
