Cargojet is looking for a Material Coordinator to fill a 12-month contract at YHM. This role focuses on daily inventory management, shipping materials, and supporting aircraft maintenance operations.

In this role, you will efficiently manage maintenance materials, issue parts, and facilitate shipping and receiving tasks. Your supervision skills and attention to detail will be crucial in monitoring inventory levels and ensuring the timely delivery of parts to various airport locations. A solid background in material handling enhances your fit.

Key Responsibilities:
• Efficiently answer maintenance requests for parts
• Reconcile stock and manage database entries
• Oversee shipping and receiving of maintenance materials




• Deliver parts/tools to support aircraft maintenance
• Track inventory control and monitor shelf life

Requirements:
• Work experience in warehouse or parts handling
• Excellent organizational skills and a mathematical aptitude
• Proficient in MS Office tools, especially Outlook
• Ability to lift 60 lbs and manage large items
• Must possess a valid Drivers License and airside pass
