Preszler Injury Lawyers represents Plaintiffs exclusively.
Position Overview Our personal injury law firm is actively seeking Legal Assistants with Accident Benefits experience. You will work directly with our Lawyers and Paralegals. This is for an existing vacancy.
Responsibilities Completion and submission of all OCF forms
Regular communication with clients and adjusters for advocacy of benefits
Written correspondence with clients, adjusters, opposing counsel
Handling incoming correspondence at the direction of the assigned lawyer
Preparing LAT Applications and LAT Case Conference Summary
Requesting medical records via Medchart - Section 33,



EUO, etc.
Notifying client of upcoming IEs
Reviewing medicals, accident benefits files
Qualifications Prior Accident Perks experience, gained in a personal injury law firm and/or a medical/rehab clinic setting is required
Strong client-service mindset with a genuine focus on advocacy and professionalism
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing deadlines and priorities
Collaborative team player who communicates clearly and supports colleagues as needed
Eager to learn, receptive to feedback, and motivated to develop in the role
