What you will be doing:
Develop, implement, and facilitate a program for young parents and their children.
Supervise four childcare staff members.
Facilitate two groups per week and an afternoon playschool once per week.
Plan and connect with clients one‑to‑one.
What you will need:
Minimum of four years combined education and experience in human services.
Minimum of 2 years facilitation experience.
Minimum of 1 year supervision experience.
Experience with program planning development, delivery and evaluation.
Experience working with at‑risk youth.
Valid driver’s license.
Who you are:
Understanding of theory and practice of counseling models, crisis management, problem solving, early childhood development, bonding and attachment, and the needs of young parents.
Good written and oral communication skills.
Organized, enjoys working with a team, and able to work flexible hours.
