The Restaurant Division Manager provides strategic and operational leadership across multiple restaurant locations. This role ensures consistent delivery of exceptional guest experiences, strong financial performance, and adherence to company standards and Ontario regulatory requirements.

Job Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant locations
Ensure consistent implementation of company standards, policies, and procedures
Conduct regular site visits to maintain quality, cleanliness, and food safety compliance (aligned with Ontario health regulations)
Support location managers during high-volume periods and events
Ensure operational readiness, including staffing, inventory, and service execution
Drive revenue growth and optimize profitability across the division
Analyze budgets, financial reports, and performance metrics
Manage labour costs, food costs, and operational expenses
Develop action plans to meet financial targets while maintaining service excellence
Recruit, train, coach, and develop restaurant management teams
Foster a culture of accountability, inclusion, and guest-focused service
Conduct performance reviews and provide continuous feedback
Support succession planning and career development
4. Guest Experience & Hospitality
Ensure all locations deliver exceptional customer service aligned with Aramark hospitality principles
Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements
Address escalated concerns professionally and in a timely manner
Promote a welcoming, inclusive, and service-oriented setting
5. Marketing & Community Engagement
Execute brand-aligned marketing initiatives across locations
Partner with marketing teams to localize promotions within Ontario markets
Monitor online reviews and social media engagement
Support community involvement and local partnerships
6. Compliance & Safety (Ontario-Specific)
Ensure compliance with Ontario health, safety, and employment standards
Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA)
Food Safety Regulations
Employment Standards Act (ESA)
Promote workplace safety and maintain a hazard-free environment
Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements

Qualifications
Previous multi-unit restaurant or hospitality management experience
Strong leadership and people development skills
Financial acumen and experience managing P&L;
Knowledge of Ontario labour and health regulations
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $33.00.
