Who we're looking for:
We are seeking an Experienced Flat Roofer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate brings solid hands‑on experience with flat roofing systems (SBS, EPDM, TPO, PVC), strong work ethic, and a commitment to doing the job right the first time.

If you take pride in quality workmanship and can handle the ups and downs (literally) of roofing life, this could be a perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain a variety of flat roofing systems (SBS torch‑on, EPDM, TPO, PVC, etc.)

Conduct job site preparation, material handling, and safe work setup

Complete installations according to specifications, safety standards,



and local building codes

Identify and troubleshoot roofing problems and perform repairs

Work independently or as part of a crew to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards

Operate roofing tools, equipment, and machinery safely and effectively

Keep the job site clean, organized, and safe at all times

Qualifications
Experience:

Experienced with flat roofing systems— SBS, EPDM, TPO, PVC

Strong understanding of roofing details, flashing, membrane installation, and repair work

Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in varying weather conditions

Skills:

Strong attention to detail with a high standard for quality

Solid problem‑solving skills to troubleshoot roof issues

Ability to lift heavy materials (50+lbs)

Other Requirements:

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites

Fall Protection and other safety certifications are assets (we can help you get them if needed)

Willingness to work overtime and weekends when required.
