Specialized Equipment Operator
Ecogest Canada is seeking a skilled and safety‑conscious Specialized Equipment Operator to operate and maintain versatile all‑terrain machinery for various landscaping, maintenance, and land management tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience with multi‑functional equipment used for mowing, grading, snow removal, and other outdoor applications in diverse terrains.

Location
Ecogest Canada – AYR, ON

Key Qualifications

Experience operating multi‑purpose, all‑terrain equipment in landscaping, municipal, or agricultural settings.

Ability to navigate slopes, rough terrain, and challenging conditions safely.

Mechanical knowledge for routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.

Strong understanding of safety procedures when working with heavy machinery.

Valid driver’s license (preference for Class G).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities





Operate specialized all‑terrain equipment for mowing, vegetation management, and land maintenance.

Utilize attachments for tasks such as mulching, grading, snow removal, and material transport.

Ensure secure operation on slopes, uneven ground, and challenging landscapes.

Perform daily equipment inspections, routine maintenance, and minor repairs as needed.

Monitor equipment performance and report any issues to the maintenance team.

Adhere to all company safety guidelines and industry regulations.

Assist with additional landscaping or maintenance tasks as required.

Compensation

Target hiring range: CA$24.00–CA$25.00 per hour

Compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
