WhatYou Do
Nail it performing a variety of maintenanceand construction tasks including carpentry, drywall, HVAC PM, painting, andminor plumbing
Addressing guest needs/requests,



likeelectronic equipment, sink and toilet plumbing, light bulb changes and entrylocks access.
Work with our IT team, to ensurethat all systems are maintained and functioning accordingly
Work with management team to perform a verityof Preventive maintenance tasks, including winterization of buildings, paintingof rooms and hallways, power washing of exterior, steam cleaning of carpets,auguring of plumbing, curb repairs, fence repairs and finishing, furnituremaintenance and upkeep.
Keep us safe by following and implementing WCBstandards and championing our SWP’s and internal safety program
Assist in maintaining gardens, landscaping,and building exteriors
Keep us on track by scheduling quarterly,bi-annual, and yearly PM work with partnering contractors as per our serviceagreements

WhatYou Need
1 year experience in maintenance orconstruction (is an asset)
The ability to work both independently and ina team setting
First aid certification (an asset)
A general understanding of IT hardware andsoftware
An understandingof major equipment, minor plumbing, electrical and HVAC or the willingness tolearn
High level problem solving
Strong communication skills
General knowledge of SWP and safety standards
