Join Dufferin Concrete as a Loader Operator in Kitchener, ON, and operate front-end loaders to facilitate material loading and plant maintenance. This full time position focuses on safety and efficiency.

In this Loader Operator role, you will engage in loading aggregate materials into trucks and keeping the plant and yard maintained to high standards. Completing inspections and managing plant inventory will be key components of your daily tasks. Strong communication and safety adherence will support your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate front-end loader for material loading
• Execute daily and weekly safety inspections
• Keep the facility clean and well-organized
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records




• Assist in training backup operators when needed

Requirements:
• Graduate from a heavy equipment operator program preferred
• Prior experience with front-end loaders, specifically John Deere 644K an asset
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Possess a valid Class G driver's license
• Effective communication skills in verbal and written forms
