Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

Assist with residential excavation and septic system installations

Support crews with trenching, grading, pipe installation, and backfilling

Operate hand tools, power tools, and small equipment safely

Load and unload materials and maintain a clean, secure job site

Perform basic equipment checks and follow supervisor directions

Wash, clean & grease equipment

Qualifications

Experience in excavation, septic installation, landscaping, or construction is an asset

Experience operating skid steers or mini excavators is an asset

Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in demanding conditions

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred

Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment
