You will prepare urgent job quotations and ensure accurate order fulfillment directly from the warehouse, while also maintaining the stock at your working area.

• Engage customers with product knowledge and support
• Answer customer inquiries promptly via various channels
• Generate small order quotations for immediate needs




• Accurately pick and verify customer orders
• Maintain counter stock levels and assist in warehousing tasks

Requirements:
• Required sales or customer service experience in wholesale
• Familiarity with HVAC and plumbing is an asset
• Must have solid computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal communication and service skills
• Completion of criminal record check required
