Assistant Store Manager

As an Assistant Store Manager you will help the Store Manager maintain daily focus on individual and team members’ standards, achieve sales and profit projections, create an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction, develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation, and recruit and select team members. You will also enforce company policies and procedures and perform other operational and strategic duties.

Job Requirements

At least one year of retail experience, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer





Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners and using basic computer software and hardware

Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form

Availability to work days, nights, and weekends

Base pay, $20.00 – $26.00 per hour plus commission on sales (final pay rate based on experience and qualifications)
