We are looking for a skilled and motivated Electrician Programmer with 3–4 years of hands‑on experience to join our team. This position reports to the Plant Manager.

Duties

Build and assemble industrial electrical control panels

Perform machine wiring and electrical installations

Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams

Assist with PLC/HMI programming, troubleshooting, and commissioning

Provide onsite machine installation, startup, and technical support at customer locations

Diagnose and resolve electrical and control system issues

Ensure all work complies with electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies and procedures

Occasional international travel may be required

Perform additional duties as assigned by Management

Qualifications

Three to four years of experience in industrial electrical panel building, machine wiring, or automation





Basic knowledge of PLC programming and industrial control systems

Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics

Experience using electrical hand tools and test equipment

Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Willingness to travel for onsite installation and customer support

Excellent communication and teamworking skills

Diploma or certificate as Industrial Electrician preferred

Experience with PLC platforms such as Siemens, Allen‑Bradley preferred

Familiarity with industrial automation, sensors, VFDs, servo systems, and HMI applications preferred
