Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Dishwasher to join our culinary team. This role is essential in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently, providing high-quality meals to our guests. Responsibilities
Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area by washing dishes, pots, pans, and utensils.
Ensure all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations.
Support banquet and catering events by preparing large quantities of food as required.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Participate in regular cleaning schedules for kitchen equipment and workstations.

Qualifications




Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen environment is preferred.
Experience in catering or banquet service is a plus.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting while maintaining a positive attitude.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in food presentation and cleanliness.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
