INDEPENDENT CPA REQUIRED – MULTIPLE CORPORATE ENTITIES

We are seeking an independent CPA or sole practitioner accounting practice to provide ongoing services for privately held corporations within a related group structure.

This is a long-term engagement with immediate availability.

Scope of Work
Year-end compilation engagements for corporations
One review engagement
Corporate tax filings (T2s) for each entity
Basic group / consolidated financial reporting for internal and external use
Coordination of intercompany transactions and balances
Year-end advisory and compliance support

Ideal provider:
CPA designation (Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia)
Experience working with corporate entities or owner-managed groups
Comfortable managing several files efficiently and accurately
Solid communication and responsiveness
