Duties
Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen tools efficiently and safely.
Sort and organize clean items for proper storage or immediate use by kitchen staff or servers.
Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, including organizing supplies and ensuring cleanliness of work areas.
Follow strict food handling and sanitation procedures to maintain health standards in the kitchen.
Support the culinary team by promptly providing clean dishes and utensils during busy service periods.
Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations, including sinks, counters, and surrounding areas.




Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow and uphold hospitality standards.

Qualifications
Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and efficiency.
Robust attention to detail to ensure all items are properly cleaned, sanitized, and organized.
Experience with food handling or kitchen operations is a plus; familiarity with hotel or food service environments is beneficial.
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting colleagues in a fast-paced setting.
