Novus Glass is currently seeking an experienced Automotive Glass Installer to join our team immediately.

This position is focused on automotive glass installation and replacement within high-volume collision repair centers. We are looking for a highly skilled installer with extensive hands-on experience and solid knowledge of R&I; (Remove & Install) procedures. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality workmanship, works efficiently in a production environment, and can operate independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements
Minimum 4 years of automotive glass installation experience
Extensive experience with R&I; of automotive glass components
Strong experience with windshield replacement, glass repair, and collision-related glass work
Experience working in or alongside collision repair facilities is considered a strong asset




Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining quality standards
Valid driver’s license
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable, qualified, and self-motivated
