Overview

We’re looking for an energized, driven Auto Body Repair Technician who takes pride in their work and understands how insurance-based repairs operate in a skilled shop environment.

Responsibilities
Perform quality auto body repairs on insurance claim vehicles
Follow OEM and insurance repair procedures
Work efficiently with estimators to complete approved repair plans
Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles properly
Document repairs and communicate any additional damage
Maintain clean, secure, and organized work areas
Provide quality work to eliminate re-work

Required Experience
Minimum 3 years hands-on experience as an auto body repair technician
Welding experience
Experience working on insurance claim repairs
Understanding of repair procedures, supplements, and approvals
Ability to read and follow repair estimates
Familiarity with shop tools, equipment, and safety standards
