Job Title: Accounting Clerk

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team. The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for maintaining billing records, preparing invoices, and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of administration principles and excellent organizational skills.

This position includes weekly errands as needed, such as retrieving the mail and helping the team where needed, if needed.

Responsibilities:
Conduct account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy in billing processes.
Handle accounts receivable & payable duties including invoicing, following up on overdue payments and balancing supplier accounts.




Perform data entry tasks to input information accurately into the system.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
Maintain professionalism in all communications, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.

Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of basic administration procedures.
Proficiency in data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette.
