Responsibilities
Assess vehicle damage thoroughly to determine necessary repairs and parts needed
Use hand tools and power tools to remove dents, replace panels, and perform structural repairs
Conduct heavy lifting safely when handling large or heavy vehicle components
Perform automotive repairs including sanding, welding, painting, and refinishing to restore vehicles’ appearance
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained




Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs while adhering to safety standards
Document repair processes accurately and communicate progress effectively to supervisors

Qualifications
Prior dealership or automotive repair shop experience highly preferred
Solid mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and bodywork techniques
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting equipment required
Experience with automotive repair processes including dent removal, panel replacement, welding, and painting
Mechanic experience or background in automotive technology is a plus
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
