We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. Duties
Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to recipes and presentation standards
Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency
Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces
Follow food safety guidelines and proper handling procedures at all times
Support the kitchen team during busy periods to ensure timely service
Stock supplies and notify management of inventory needs




Adhere to health regulations and safety standards to ensure a secure working environment

Requirements
Prior experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation standards
Experience working in a restaurant or kitchen environment is advantageous
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or evenings if needed
Basic understanding of meal preparation techniques and food industry standards

Pay: $16.25-$19.00 per hour
