Duties
Supervise daily car wash operations, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently
Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high standards of cleanliness
Schedule staff shifts, assign tasks, and monitor performance to optimize productivity
Oversee the maintenance of equipment and facilities to ensure safety and functionality
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and promote a positive experience for every visitor
Implement cleaning protocols to uphold hygiene standards across all areas of the car wash




Manage inventory of supplies and cleaning products to ensure seamless operations

Requirements
Proven experience in cleaning or maintenance roles with leadership responsibilities preferred
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
Ability to lead a team, motivate staff, and foster a collaborative work environment
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing schedules and operations
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform manual cleaning tasks as needed
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and equipment maintenance is a plus
