Part-Time Dental Receptionist

Job Summary

Bitehaus Dental is looking for an experienced, friendly, and organized Part-Time Dental Receptionist to join our up-to-date, patient-focused team. We are looking for someone who enjoys creating exceptional patient experiences, thrives in a cooperative environment, and brings positivity to the front desk every day.

Schedule
Tuesdays: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Wednesdays & Fridays: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
1–2 Saturdays per month: 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM (closed long weekends)

We offer a supportive workplace where you'll have plenty of resources, including a dedicated Treatment Coordinator, Invisalign Coordinator, Office Manager, and Regional Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to join our team part-time with the potential to transition into a full-time role as our practice continues to grow. Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of dental reception experience (required)
Robust communication and customer service skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace
Positive attitude and willingness to support teammates

Responsibilities
Welcome patients and create a warm, professional first impression
Answer phones and manage incoming inquiries
Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records
Verify insurance information and process payments
Support the clinical team with administrative tasks
Help keep the front desk running smoothly and efficiently
