Join as a Substance Use Clinician dedicated to culturally sensitive mental health care. This impactful role focuses on enhancing access and treatment for Indigenous communities facing substance use issues. We are looking for a qualified with a Master's degree and two years of relevant experience, equipped to provide trauma-informed support and navigate complex care systems.

You will work within a team-oriented team to conduct assessments, recommend treatments, and lead group therapy sessions tailored for clients' needs, fostering a supportive setting. Key Responsibilities:
Perform screenings to assess treatment readiness
Gather comprehensive client information through interviews
Provide crisis intervention and short-term support




Develop treatment options and monitor progress
Liaise with providers to optimize care paths Requirements:
Master’s degree in a relevant field required
Recent experience in mental health or crisis intervention
Knowledge of Indigenous cultural issues and health approaches
Valid driver’s license for transportation needs
Effective communication and teamwork skills Make a significant difference in the lives of clients and contribute to their recovery by delivering culturally-informed care.
