Job Overview & Location
Location: Indoor and Outdoor job sites across Winnipeg, MB.
Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years
Transportation: Must be able to travel to and from various worksite locations
Safety Gear: Steel-toed safety boots required

Responsibilities
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, caulking, and applying primers to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality
Apply paints, stains, varnishes, and industrial coatings using brushes, rollers and sprayers
Perform minor drywall patching and repairs
Using ladders and scaffolds in a secure manner
Manage time effectively to complete projects within scheduled deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality

Requirements
Proven experience with a focus on commercial painting projects
Skilled in the use of painting equipment and tools

5-in-1 tool and Utility knife
Multi-head screwdriver
Personal extension poles
Pole sanding head
Caulking gun
Physical Demands: Ladder/height work, bending, crouching, kneeling & lifting up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)
