We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher / Kitchen Steward to join our kitchen team at our South Landing location in Oak Bluff.

Position Summary The Dishwasher plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen. This individual will be responsible for washing dishes, sanitizing food preparation areas, assisting with cleaning duties, and supporting kitchen staff as required.

Responsibilities
Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment
Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the kitchen
Sweep and mop floors as required
Remove garbage and recycling
Assist with receiving and storing deliveries
Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks when needed
Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace safety procedures




Perform other cleaning and kitchen support duties as assigned

Qualifications
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Reliable transportation to Oak Bluff is an asset
Previous kitchen or dishwashing experience is an asset but not required
Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
