Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher/Busser to join our agile restaurant team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, solid attention to detail, and a positive attitude.

Prior restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in food service and kitchen operations while contributing to an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities
Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment following health and safety standards
Greet and seat customers
Running food to the table appropriately.
Should be able to hold a conversion when needed.
Clear tables promptly and efficiently after guests finish their meals
Assist with setting up dining areas and restocking supplies as needed
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas throughout the shift
Support food preparation tasks when required, including basic food handling and prep work
Ensure all work areas are organized and free of hazards




Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth service flow
Follow all sanitation procedures to uphold hygiene standards in the restaurant

Requirements
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred but not mandatory
Knowledge of cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting dishes or supplies
Positive attitude, reliability, and teamwork-oriented mindset
Flexibility to work during peak hours, including evenings and weekends if needed
