Dental Administrator / Sterilization Assistant

Job Type: Part time (with potential for additional hours)

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Dental Administrator / Sterilization Assistant to join our patient-focused dental hygiene team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service while supporting the clinical team in a fast-paced, qualified setting.

Schedule

This position requires availability for:
Thursday evenings
Fridays
Saturdays
Possible Sundays as we may expand hours in the future

Responsibilities
Welcome patients and provide exceptional customer service.
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the daily appointment schedule.
Complete general administrative duties, including maintaining accurate patient records.
Sterilize dental instruments and maintain infection prevention and control standards.
Prepare treatment rooms and assist in keeping the clinic clean, organized, and fully stocked.
Support the dental team to ensure efficient daily operations.
Perform week-end clinic maintenance tasks.

Qualifications
Previous experience in a dental office is a MUST.




Experience with dental instrument sterilization and general administrative duties is a strong asset.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
A positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to work well as part of a team.
Independently manage tasks and time lines.
Experience with AkituOne software is an asset.

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Experience
