Pay: $19.50–$21.50 per hour

We are hiring a Full-Time Permanent Assistant Manager for our Tim Hortons restaurant in Grimsby.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of Tim Hortons experience is required.
Previous leadership or supervisory experience is an asset.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Legally eligible to work in Canada.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Restaurant Manager with daily operations.
Lead, coach, and motivate team members.
Ensure excellent guest service and food safety standards.
Assist with scheduling, inventory, labour management,



and cash handling.
Train and develop team members.
Resolve guest concerns professionally.
