Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and skilled Bartender/Server to join our dynamic hospitality team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages and food, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. The ideal candidate will have experience in food and beverage service, excellent time management skills, and a strong commitment to food safety and hospitality standards.

Duties
Take orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS and cashiering tools
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company policies and food safety standards
Serve food items promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction
Manage cash handling transactions efficiently and accurately
Maintain cleanliness of the bar and dining area, adhering to food handling and safety regulations
Assist in setting up tables, cleaning up after service, and restocking supplies as needed
Engage with guests to create a positive dining experience through excellent customer service
Monitor guest needs throughout their visit, addressing any concerns promptly

Requirements
Previous experience in restaurant or food industry service roles preferred




Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS or similar cashiering tools
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
Understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks efficiently
Basic math skills for billing, change calculation, and inventory management
Experience in serving alcohol responsibly, including knowledge of alcohol laws and regulations
Hospitality background or related experience is a plus
Must be at least 18 years old or older to serve alcohol
